Ottimate is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Payment Solutions & Enablement Specialist to help new customers successfully launch and adopt VendorPay. This role will serve as the payments expert throughout implementation, with a primary focus on reducing time to first payment and accelerating customers toward their expected payment volume and Virtual Card adoption. Working closely with Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Payment Operations, you will guide customers through the payments portion of their implementation, identify and remove barriers to going live, and ensure they are positioned to begin transacting quickly.…
