Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Vendor Onboarding and Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new vendors to our vCard payment program and ensuring the retention of existing vendors by addressing any issues that may arise. Responsibilities: New Vendor vCard Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors to our vCard payment system. Verify vendor compatibility for vCard payments by processing the first scheduled payment. Address any issues that may arise during onboarding, such as fees, vendor unreachability, or acceptance issues. Update and correct remit details as necessary, including phone numbers and email addresses.…
