About this role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to support the design, testing, and implementation of digital products and services within our participant recruitment team. The role will focus on service understanding, prototyping, user testing, and digital delivery as it seeks to translate complex recruitment services into intuitive, user-centred experiences. Key Responsibilities Drive team understanding of mixed digital / physical service pathways as they impact the digital product Lead UX and UI design activities across discovery, design and validation phases. Define and execute testing and experimentation plans, including prototype testing, user interviews and structured feedback loops.
