Summary Provides prompt, accurate, thorough and courteous responses to all customer inquiries. Inquires may be non-routine and require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries. Description Location: This position is full-time (40-hours/week) Monday-Friday in a typical office environment. The work hours for this role are from 8AM-4:30PM, lunch will be from 11:30AM-12:30PM. Training will take place on-site at 4101 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229 for 6 weeks and you will be required to stay in house for 6 months.
