Du konzipierst, entwickelst und implementierst Business-Analysen für Anwendungen in den Bereichen Customer Fulfillment, Customer Service und Customer Experience. Ziel ist es Effizienz zu steigern, zu digitalisieren , Kosten zu senken und Savings zu realisieren. Du definierst, spezifizierst und verantwortest die Umsetzung von Reportings & Datenanalysen über geeignete Dashboards.
