Was diesen Job so besonders macht? Für unser Technik Team suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungskraft zum Aufbau und Steuerung der Kundenanschaltungen in neu erschlossenen FTTH-Ausbaugebieten. Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die Führung der neuen Abteilung „Fiber Customer Activation and Service provisioning“ in der OXG-Technik. Du steuerst unsere Außendienst-Techniker anhand der OXG-Vorgaben für die Kundenaktivierung (In-House Verkabelung). Du stellst zusammen mit deinen zukünftigen Kolleg*innen aus der NE3 sowie NE4 einen priorisierten Ausbau des Netzes sicher (Single-Line Prozess & Nachverdichtung). Du baust mit deinem Team schlanke und effiziente Reporting-Prozesse auf, mit denen eine „Echtzeit“ Verfolgung sämtlicher Kundeninteraktionen ermöglicht wird.…
