SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Outreach Sales Manager, the Community Outreach Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, sales and outreach support to increase enrollment volume for PACE Southeast Michigan. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: Assists with phone calls for referrals, follow up, schedule Home Visits, complete phone screens Manage incoming calls to Intake Department Attend community engagement events, as needed, included but not limited to health fairs, conferences, expos, and vendor booths.
