About this role
The Children’s Fast Track (“CFT”) team prepares dispositions (opinions and/or memoranda) as requested by the judges of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania in CFT cases, i.e., adoption, dependency, termination of parental rights, paternity, and child custody. The position requires completing quality work within abbreviated deadlines and working independently as well as collaborating with the team. CFT team attorneys function essentially as law clerks for the judges in CFT subject matters. The primary location for this position is Philadelphia, Harrisburg or Pittsburgh. Appellate clerkship experience is required.…
