CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES: RESIDENT CARE & ASSISTANCE Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, oral/hair care, shaving, toileting, and incontinence care. Assist with mobility, transfers, lifting, turning, repositioning, and transportation using proper equipment and techniques. Maintain resident cleanliness, comfort, dignity, and appropriate positioning; clean and sanitize toilets and surrounding areas as needed. Assist with medical appointments, examinations, tests, therapies, procedures, and end-of-life comfort measures. MONITORING & DOCUMENTATION Observe and promptly report changes in physical/emotional condition, injuries, skin concerns, accidents, incidents, complaints, and grievances.…
