Louisville East Post Acute is looking for a Receptionist to work Part Time as needed - Schedule would be 5pm to 8pm; One week Mon, Wed, Fri and the next week Tues & Thurs evenings. The position requires greeting and welcoming Residents, Family Member, and other Visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor. Pay starting at $15.00/hourly. Job duties include: • Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls. • Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations • Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals and cancellations • Maintain visitor sign- in log. • Maintain and tidy the reception area. • Agree not to disclose resident’s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.…
