Social Services Assistant (Full-Time) Job Overview Salinas Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dedicated Full-Time Social Services Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Social Services Director to advocate for our residents, support their psychosocial needs, and assist with admission and discharge planning in a skilled nursing environment.
