About Pact Contract Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer across homecare, personal care and industrial liquid filling. Operating a fast-paced 24/5 manufacturing environment, we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead our maintenance team, safety and to uplift reliability and operational performance across Pact's Fairfield homecare site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring equipment availability, leading preventative, predictive and planning maintenance programs, managing technical teams and contractors, problem solving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operation.…
