Amentum is seeking a Subsystem Hardware Engineering Supervisor to support the Space Force Range Contract Essential Functions: Lead the Western Range (WR) Subsystems Engineering Telemetry and Surveillance team to accomplish the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC) objectives and requirements. Generate work assignments to ensure enough qualified personnel are available to meet task schedules and responsibilities. Provide coaching and mentoring to guide personnel in meeting Amentum standards for technical quality, customer service and timeliness. Ensure employees are properly trained to execute their responsibilities, provide initial and recurring guidance, instructions, and direction.
