About this role

PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Human Resources Generalist functions as a vital, autonomous human resource partner within Amentum's Corporate Human Resources Department, specifically assigned to provide dedicated, high-level operational support to the Facilities Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and asset infrastructure programs at the Joint Defence Facility Pine Gap. Operating within a highly complex, dual-jurisdiction matrix environment (Australia and the United States), this role delivers comprehensive, professional human resources advice, casework management, and program administration.
