Pan-American Life Insurance Group is seeking a bilingual Agency Operations Manager to join our U.S. Life & Health Insurance agency team in our Coral Gables, FL. office , where the team is based. This role will be key in overseeing the insurance agency operations, including case management, producer support and training, licensing and contracting, new and existing policy-service activities, premium processing, collections and producer events.
