About this role

Are you looking for an exciting HR opportunity in the world of hospitality? Hilton Brussels Grand Place and Hotel Indigo Brussels City are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Generalist to join our team. If you enjoy being close to the business, supporting managers and employees, and managing a broad range of HR topics with a high level of autonomy, this could be the opportunity for you. You will join us in January 2027 , allowing for a structured handover period before progressively taking ownership of the day-to-day HR activities for both hotels. While the initial focus of the role will be on Hilton Brussels Grand Place and Hotel Indigo Brussels City , the scope of the position is intended to evolve over time across other hotels within the Pandox portfolio.…
