Manager, HR Compliance Job Purpose The HR Compliance Auditing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of internal auditing programs to ensure Panera’s policies and practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local obligations related to multi-jurisdictional employment-related and human resources matters. When problem areas are identified, the HR Compliance Auditing Analyst will work with impacted teams to find and implement suitable corrective action.
