Job Description: Overview: The Surveyor in Training works directly with a Registered Land Surveyor in the preparation of various survey projects, such as boundary surveys, subdivision plats, construction calculations, topographic and route projects. Responsibilities: Under the direction of a Registered Land Surveyor, provide technical support for assigned projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Complete detailed drawings from field survey data, sketches, plans, specifications, and written or verbal instructions using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Review work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting to the R.P.L.S. for review. Prepare drawings and/or copy existing drawings and complete simple calculations with specific instructions. Conduct fieldwork upon request.…
