Position Summary As an Aluminum Welder at Paradigm Power Delivery, Inc., you will be responsible for performing high-quality aluminum welding and fabrication tasks associated with electrical transmission and substation construction projects. Work includes the installation, modification, repair, and welding of high-voltage aluminum components such as rigid bus systems, bus pipe, jumpers, expansion joint connections, conductor fittings, equipment terminations, support structures, and other substation electrical components.
