We’re hiring an operations generalist to own and drive growing the Paraform team. You’ll work closely with our co-founders and leadership team, with the opportunity to grow into a senior operations role over time.
This is a unique role where you'll be the primary user of the Paraform platform, and have immense impact on product development: We've rapidly scaled to 60+ headcount by "dog-fooding" Paraform to leverage specialized recruiter networks to source elite talent. You'll collaborate with our co-founders and leadership team in using the Paraform product, and work directly with engineering & product teams to improve the platform based on your needs.…
