About this role
We're looking for our second tenured PM to work very closely with our Co-founder/CTO Jeff https://www.linkedin.com/in/lijeffrey39/ and Founding PM Zach https://www.linkedin.com/in/zachary-lemos/ to build products that redefine the recruiting industry. You'll collaborate across all company functions to shape and ship products that will influence millions of candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers as well as the tooling our internal operations team uses every day to power the marketplace.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining clear, measurable problems from ambiguous spaces
- Setting a roadmap for a product initiative and owning prioritization, support sprint planning, issue triage, and backlog management…
