About this role We're looking for an experienced and dynamic AE who can not only close top recruiting agencies and independent recruiters, but help build the playbook that scales Paraform’s recruiter-side supply engine. This is a hybrid role — part sales, part partnerships, part market shaper. We need people who can grind, but also think fast, build clean systems, and bring creative ideas to unlock growth. What we look for: - 2 – 8 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development at a fast-moving startup - Experience selling to services businesses (recruiting, staffing, consulting, etc.) - Significant outbound prospecting experience — you know how to build your own book…
