Assembly Technician Lead

Job Summary Under the direction of the Automation Engineer Assistant Manager, coordinates and oversees caster machine operations within an assigned production area. Maintains equipment and materials to ensure safe, efficient production and quality parts that meet specifications. Supervises, trains, and delegates tasks to caster machine personnel. Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, SOPs, safety practices, and 5S standards. Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair caster machines and ergonomic equipment to maximize production uptime. Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, setups, and adjustments according to the production schedule. Conduct quality checks to ensure production and quality standards are met.…
