About this role

Parallel Employment, in partnership with Lake Geneva, WI manufacturing clients and Waterford, WI manufacturing clients is currently seeking CNC Operators to join our team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering specifications. This role requires individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a timely manner. Shift: 1st & 2nd shift openings Wage: $20.00-$26.00 hourly Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines in accordance with production orders and engineering drawings.
