THE MISSION The quickest way to lose a user is to treat their inbox like a trash can. We don't blast generic newsletters; we engineer personalized, behavioral communication flows that hit at the exact second a user needs them. We need a lifecycle architect who treats email as a pure retention science. You will be managing our entire deliverability pipeline, building hyper-segmented triggers based on product data, and relentlessly optimizing user lifetime value (LTV). If you get a thrill out of fixing broken funnel metrics, auditing domain health protocols, and scaling revenue-per-email metrics without causing a spike in unsubscribes, this machine is yours to run.
