THE MISSION
We are looking for a relentless Talent Acquisition Specialist to build the future of our team. We don’t hire through standard job boards alone; we find the outliers, the grinders, and the Web3 natives who are hidden in the corners of the internet. Must be based in Canada, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from aggressive headhunting to final onboarding, ensuring we only hire the top 1% of talent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Active Headhunting: Don’t wait for applicants. Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub to find "whispering talent" for marketing, operations, and legal roles.
- Vetting & Screening: Conduct rigorous initial interviews to filter for "the eye," technical Web3 literacy, and cultural fit.…
