About this role

Parx Home Health Care is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team! Our company provides essential home care services, giving peace of mind to families and the comfort of home to our clients. As a Home Health OTA, you'll be an essential part of our team, working with patients in their homes to develop and implement care plans that meet their unique needs. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the Occupational Therapist to provide effective, evidence-based interventions, monitor the patient's progress, and modify rehabilitation programs as necessary.
