About this role

PAŞA Sığorta ASC namizədləri Model və Təşkilati risklərinin idarəedilməsi üzrə ekspert / baş mütəxəssis vəzifəsinə müraciət etməklə peşəkar komandanın üzvü olmağa dəvət edir. Bu rol təşkilat miqyasında risk mədəniyyətinin formalaşdırılması, təşkilati risklərin idarə edilməsi üçün daxili qaydaların hazırlanması və onlara nəzarətin təmin edilməsi üzrə məsuliyyət daşıyır. Ekspert, risklərin müəyyənləşdirilməsi, qiymətləndirilməsi və risk reyestrinin yenilənməsi, həmçinin Risk İştahası Çərçivəsi (RAS) və Əsas Risk İndikatorları (KRI) üçün limitlərin təyin edilməsi və monitorinqi ilə məşğul olacaqdır.
