Estamos buscando un/a Business Analyst Senior – Genesys Expert para participar en proyectos internacionales de innovación, digital transformation e Intelligent Customer Engagement. ¿Cuál será tu misión? Formarás parte de iniciativas globales orientadas a transformar los Contact Centers mediante Genesys + AI , trabajando con stakeholders de diferentes países y entidades para convertir necesidades locales en soluciones escalables.
