Descripción del puesto / Funciones Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Business Analyst para incorporarse a un entorno internacional en Barcelona. La persona seleccionada participará en la gestión operativa, optimización y evolución de Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), colaborando con diferentes equipos de negocio y tecnología para garantizar la correcta ejecución de campañas de marketing y customer journeys. Buscamos un perfil con experiencia en CRM y Marketing Automation, capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de incidencias, que pueda actuar como nexo entre las necesidades del negocio y las soluciones técnicas.
