Role: Senior Program Manager, Labor Relations Team: Legal + Compliance Scope : Individual Contributor, P5 Reports to: Deputy General Counsel – People Years of Experience : 5-7+ Location: Ventura, CA or Reno, NV (Hybrid) Overview As the Senior Program Manager, Labor Relations, you are responsible for supporting the development and execution of labor relations strategies , negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring their effective administration .
