Change Practitioner Patriot Growth Insurance Services | Remote | Full-Time Why This Role Matters The Change Practitioner is the hands-on delivery arm of the transformation office's Change function. Reporting to the CTO and assigned to a cluster of initiatives, you'll turn our enterprise change method into on-the-ground execution: the stakeholder plans, communications, enablement, and adoption tracking that make sure a delivered initiative is actually used. The role exists because value is downstream of behavior. An initiative that ships but isn't adopted captures nothing, and you're the person who closes that gap on the work you own.
