About this role

Job Information The eCommerce Operation Specialist - Compliance protects our marketplace seller accounts (mainly Amazon). The job is simple: keep listings live, stop policy violations before they happen, and protect our Account Health rating. This role needs close attention to detail and fast action. You will fix listing issues, review content before it goes live, check the Account Health Dashboard (AHD) daily, and bring in the right people to close issues quickly. You will also support the Account Health Project Manager on other initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Investigate and fix listing issues (suppressions, blocks, removals, pricing errors, policy flags) quickly, keep ASINs/listings live and sellable with minimal downtime, and fix root causes so issues don't repeat.…
