Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Dearborn, MI Full-time pay: $85,000–$100,000 annually, salaried/exempt Full-time schedule: Clinic operating hours are 8:15 a.m.–7 p.m.; rotating closing shift required Settings: Dearborn clinic and clients’ homes Patterns Behavioral Services is hiring full-time and part-time BCBAs to provide individualized services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You’ll lead clinical programming, support families, and develop Behavior Technicians and RBTs with guidance from an experienced clinical leadership team.
