About this role

About the Role We are looking for solution driven operations leaders to own processes within the Merchant Operations function, serving merchants across our payment offerings — QR, Soundbox, EDC/POS, Payment Links, and Online Payment Gateways. The role is process-agnostic by design: depending on business need, you may lead onboarding due diligence and KYC, merchant lifecycle and account maintenance, banking partnerships, settlements and reconciliation, LEA and regulatory requests, VAS operations etc. Run the process at scale for millions of merchants with zero compliance gaps, and continuously re-engineer it through AI-led solutioning.…
