About this role

"Business Growth & Revenue Drive retail business expansion across assigned cities/territories within the zone. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and merchant acquisition targets. Increase adoption of Paytm products including QR, Soundbox, POS, loans, insurance, and other merchant solutions. Monitor market penetration and competitor activities. Team Leadership Lead and manage Area Managers, Sales Managers, and field sales teams. Set KPIs, monitor productivity, and ensure target achievement. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and capability building. Build a high-performance sales culture. Merchant Acquisition & Relationship Management Develop strong relationships with key merchants and retail partners. Ensure high merchant retention and engagement.…
