Maintenance Supervisor JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervision, development and performance management of craft personnel. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead safety discussions and demonstrate leadership behavior that reinforces company safety policies. Responsible for employee safety, productivity and quality of work on the job site. Responsible for planning, scheduling and executing fixed equipment maintenance work within assigned Operation complexes for daily maintenance as well as planned and emergency unit outages. Plans work requests by preparing a work scope and establishing the labor, tools, materials and equipment required for work requests including preparing drawings, sketches, bid packages, specifications, procedures, and related information.…
