Manager, Reliability Engineering The Reliability Engineering Manager provides leadership and strategic direction for the refinery's Reliability Engineering function. This role is accountable for the safety of employees and contractors and for the reliability, mechanical integrity, availability, and long-term performance of refinery fixed equipment, rotating equipment, materials engineering programs, and site reliability systems supporting safe and efficient refinery operations.
