About this role

Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer Location: Beverly, MA (Onsite) Start Date: Immediate Interview Mode: Phone/Video Minimum Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in the semiconductor domain. BSME (Mechanical Engineering) minimum; MS preferred. At least 1 year of CAD experience with Creo. Experience with PLM systems. Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design for ion implanter subsystems (process chambers, beamline structures, wafer handling, vacuum chambers). Conduct design reviews, apply DfX principles, GD&T, and tolerance stack‑up analysis. Perform hand calculations and FEA (CREO Simulate, ANSYS) for structural integrity and reliability.
