About this role
The Temporary Turn Associate will provide temporary assistance during turnover at a student housing apartment community. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administration and maintenance tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills. What You’ll Do: Assist with necessary repairs and improvements to vacant student apartments prior to move-in. Perform touch up painting as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed.…
