WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Guide and grow a small team of engineers by providing regular feedback, mentorship, and coaching
- Work closely with design, product, and founding teams to define scope, set priorities, and deliver impactful projects
- Drive effective planning and execution across initiatives, ensuring engineers remain focused and unblocked
- Maintain high standards for code quality and system reliability through reviews, architectural input, and operational best practices
- Champion and help cultivate a strong engineering culture rooted in ownership, curiosity, collaboration and strong work ethic
- Contribute to shaping and evolving our engineering practices, hiring criteria, and team processes as the organization scales
