Job Profile Summary: Responsible for carrying out the tracking and billing process for import and export shipments from/to the United States under Air and Ocean transport modes, as well as providing the best attention, follow-up, and complete visibility to the account managers or international team members. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Comply with the standards and tasks of the operating process. Provide Tracking from one point to another, fulfilling assigned tasks, "milestones" and follow-up with carriers and agents. Check that the shipments comply with the data quality, (that all mandatory fields in CargoWise are duly completed). Keep the Cargowise Dashboard tracking of the shipments up to date.
