About this role
Job Profile Summary: Responsible for providing high-level customer care and service, along with carrying out the operational process from beginning (collection) to end (delivery) of national shipments as well as import and export shipments under the different modalities: Air, Sea, and Land. On the other hand, this role must provide monitoring and complete visibility to customers on their shipments for the accounts that the Import-Export coordinator is in charge of. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Comply with the standards and tasks of the operating process. Take coordination from one point to another, fulfilling the duly assigned tasks, reviewing "milestone" tasks, coordination, instructions, and following up with the different suppliers of the logistics chain.…
