The DCS establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote the highest standards of quality and contribute to the overall success and philosophy of the agency. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: Ensures agency compliance with all applicable state and federal home health laws and regulations.
