Job description: Support Serve as the Tier IV Support Escalation point, resolving the most critical and complex technical issues escalated from the IT support team. Provide support for upgrades of core business line applications, ensuring minimal disruption to Bank operations. Provide high-level technical guidance and mentorship to junior system administrators and technical support staff. Operational Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including the management of cloud-based services, security configurations, and user identities to ensure peak performance and compliance with security standards. Perform advanced Server Administration to ensure the security, reliability, and peak performance of the Bank’s server environment.…
