Job Description: We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will provide technical leadership for Penn Mutual’s Brokerage and RIA Technology Team, helping shape the architecture and technical direction of its platforms and systems. You will lead complex initiatives, influence technical decisions across teams, and ensure solutions align with business needs and long-term technology strategy.
