Job Description: Key Result Areas: - Attending hands on to breakdown in Electrical/ Mechanical / Utilities - Assist for new equipment installation. - Mechanical troubleshooting on extrusion blow molding machinery, including parison, clamping units, and blow pin assemblies, CNC milling machines (spindle repairs, ball screw inspections, and lube system clearing), Centrifugal & reciprocating pumps maintenance, gearbox overhauling, pneumatic & hydraulic system maintenance, conveyors, diaphragm pump maintenance. - Breakdown maintenance/improvements/modifications - Daily safety observation closure/Gemba points closure/Closure of Air leakage points/RED tag discussions - Attending of paging and daily minor discrepances on the line.…
