About this role
The Network Operations Engineer will focus on providing operational and implementation support for Network, Wireless, firewall, DNS, DHCP, LAN, incidents, and changes.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor network infrastructure, troubleshoot, and handle user incidents actively during company business hours.
• Provide medium to high complexity network support activities including occasional offshift support in case of major outage reported.
• Work closely with Network Engineering, Network Security and Administration maintenance tasks and participate in process improvement.
• Perform medium to high complexity network changes and implementations.
