About this role
The Senior Facilities Technician is responsible for performing and, at times, leading the general repair and maintenance of the company’s facilities and grounds with minimal direction or instruction from the supervisor. This person will coordinate the work of service providers such as janitorial and cleaning services, plumbing services, and other facilities-related vendors as needed.
What You’ll Work On
• Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance on facilities-related equipment and systems, including but not limited to generators, HVAC, water filtration, electrical distribution, and data systems.
