Role Overview The Property Maintenance Invigilator is a practical, hands-on role responsible for supporting the condition, maintenance, and day-to-day functionality of a portfolio of commercial properties and associated facilities. Based in Bellville, Western Cape, this role involves inspecting properties, identifying and prioritising maintenance issues, completing appropriate minor repairs, coordinating contractors where specialist expertise is required, conducting property viewings, and ensuring that maintenance matters are followed through to completion.…
